We contract with you directly and are responsible for your order, its quality, delivery and invoicing. Parts are manufactured by our vetted production partners in Slovakia and the EU.

2Using the website

• You may only upload files that you are entitled to share with us for the purpose of a quote.
• Do not upload malicious files or content that is unlawful or unrelated to a quote. We may delete such files and refuse the request.
• Information on the website, such as materials, tolerances and lead times, describes our services in general. It is not a binding offer.

3Quote requests and quotes

• A quote request is free and does not oblige you to order. We may decline a request without giving reasons.
• We reply on working days, usually within 48 hours. Complex parts can take longer; we will tell you if they do.
• Our quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless the quote says otherwise.
• A contract is concluded only when we confirm your order in writing (order confirmation) after receiving your purchase order.

4Drawings, intellectual property and confidentiality

You keep all rights to your drawings, models and specifications. We use them only to prepare quotes and to manufacture your orders, and share them with production partners only under confidentiality obligations. On request, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send files.

You confirm that manufacturing parts to your documentation does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5Manufacturing and quality

• Parts are made to the specifications and tolerances in your drawings and the order confirmation. Where a drawing gives no tolerance, ISO 2768-m (medium) applies.
• Every order is inspected before dispatch. Inspection reports and material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided when agreed in the quote.

6Prices, payment and delivery

• Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT, unless the quote says otherwise.
• Payment is by bank transfer. For new customers we may require full or partial payment in advance. Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation and invoice.
• Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver DAP (Incoterms 2020) to the address in your order. Risk passes to you on delivery.
• Delivery dates are estimates. They start once all technical questions are clarified and any agreed advance payment has been received.

7Inspection and claims

Please inspect the parts on receipt and report any defects within 14 calendar days, with photos or measurements. If parts do not meet the agreed specifications, we will, at our choice, rework them, replace them or issue a credit note.

8Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit or production downtime. Our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, in particular for intent or gross negligence.

9Governing law

These terms and all contracts with us are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. The courts in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, have jurisdiction.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version valid when you send your order applies to it.
